The novel "Persuasion" belongs to the gold classics of world literature. It is one of the most autobiographical novels of Jane Austen (1775—1817). The protagonist Anne Elliot resembles the author quite a lot, and her love story is really similar to the writer's own story. As well as Anne, Jane fell in love with an insolvent young man and broke up with him having given up to her relatives' insistence. However, despite the writer has eventually not got a possibility to make her personal life, she gives her heroine a chance to be happy.
